Heavy Haul Rules provides reference information about state oversize and overweight vehicle rules. It is provided for planning purposes only and is not a permit, a permit service, legal advice or a guarantee that a move is lawful. State rules change, and permits impose their own conditions. You are responsible for confirming requirements with the issuing state before moving a load.

The information is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heavy Haul Rules is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including fines, delays, damage or lost business.

Accounts, trial and billing

You sign in with a Google account. New accounts start a 7-day trial that includes up to 3 load checks; a payment card is collected at sign-up. When the trial ends, or on the 4th load check if sooner, the account converts automatically to the paid plan you selected (Pro at $49 per month or $490 per year; Team at $129 per month or $1,290 per year, up to 5 members) and the card on file is charged. Prices are shown before you confirm and may change with notice. You can cancel any time from the Account page or the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Team plans are managed by the account that purchased them; members access the plan with their own Google sign-in.
