What we collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address and name. We use them to identify your account and to link your subscription. We do not receive your Google password.

Payment information. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only your Stripe customer ID, plan and subscription status. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Load and lane data. The dimensions, weights, origins and destinations you enter are sent to our server to run state rules and to route the lane. Routing requests are passed to HERE Technologies, which returns the route; we do not send HERE your identity. Loads you choose to save are stored with your account until you delete them. Loads you do not save are not kept.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate location, and session recordings in which typed text and form fields are masked. These services set cookies and may process data on their own servers under their own policies. We do not use advertising cookies.

Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) for security and operations.

How we use it

To provide the service, bill subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except the processors named above (Google, Stripe, HERE, Microsoft, Cloudflare) as needed to run the service.

Cookies

We set a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in, and a browser-storage entry to restore a load you were entering. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. You can block cookies in your browser; the checker still works but you will need to sign in each time.

Retention and deletion

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after for accounting. Email support@heavyhaulrules.com from your sign-in address to delete your account and saved loads; we will confirm within a few business days.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
